given for members to submit a financial contribution if they have not done so

reading to the following:

agreed upon the following. Each member of the guild shall commit to contribute a
minimum of $10.00 each month toward the financial support of the guild. In
those cases where someone has difficulty producing that amount, they can find a
friend or fellow guild member to sponsor their membership by contributing this
amount on their behalf.

10. Honorary Members who opt out of the financial obligation will no longer be
called "Honorary Members" but "Honorary Friends of RSICC"
